Shipping & Returns

WHEN & HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Domestic Orders:

You order will be fulfilled within 2-5 days unless otherwise stated in the product description. We ship packages free using UPS Ground, or you can choose Express Shipping for an additional fee. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your item has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. Shipping times will depend on where you live and what current shipping times are for the carrier.

International Orders:

Your order will ship within 2-5 days unless otherwise stated in the product description. We ship with DHL using the current shipping rates based on the weight of the package and your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your item has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. Shipping times will depend on where you live and what current shipping times are for the carrier. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days after you've received your item. Your item must be unused and in the condition in which it arrived. You can choose either a full refund or an exchange for another item. To request a return, email info@mollyrosefreeman.com with the details of your order, your reason for requesting a return, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges unless the shop is at fault.

If the shop is at fault, for example if your item(s) were sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong color, etc.) or are damaged/defective, we will cover the shipping return costs and/or exchange charges. Please email info@mollyrosefreeman.com within 14 days of receiving your order, so that we can replace your item, or provide you with a refund or equivalent coupon for future use.

LOSSES, DAMAGES & MISTAKES:

Once your package leaves our shop, the carrier assumes all responsibility. We are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by the carrier.

After a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered and cannot issue refunds or exchanges for lost or stolen items.

If you made any mistakes on your order form (wrote the wrong address, the wrong name, etc.), please email us at info@mollyrosefreeman.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your corrections. If you've already received a shipping notification, please email us so that we can expect a possible return to sender and find a solution.
