How are the textiles made?

The process for each new piece starts in the studio, where Molly develops her designs using drawing, painting, and cut-paper collage. Each design goes through many phases of vision and revision until it's complete, and then Molly selects the yarn colors. She then translates the final design into a digital format and sends it to her manufacturing partners: a small, family-owned shop in the USA that produces beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces. The yarn is milled in North Carolina and Spain, and it is made from 100% recycled fibers (75% cotton, 25% acrylic) that would otherwise end up in the landfill. Each piece is then checked by hand to ensure quality, packaged using recycled materials, and shipped to your doorstep. Home sweet home!
