Hourglass was an interactive multimedia exhibition at Beep Beep Gallery in Atlanta in May 2014. I installed phosphorescent overhead lighting and, over the course of one week, painted a fully-immersive mural inspired by bioluminescence. The public was invited each night to gather, drink, eat, and watch the painting unfold through the glass front windows of the gallery. At the end of the week, the space was opened up for people to experience the atmosphere of this phosphorescent world within the city.
